The cozy atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The free Wi-Fi helped me stay connected. The only thing I noticed was that the walls were a bit thin, so I could hear some noise from the hallway, but it didn’t really bother me. Can't wait to come back! 🌮

Decent location, away from the noisy activity of Av. 5 but still close enough. Terrific location if taking a long distance bus: station is next door. Decent breakfast included in rate.

Our family had a blast at this spot, especially enjoying the spacious pool area. The kiddos loved splashing around while we lounged nearby, soaking up the sun. The laid-back vibe was perfect for our group.

Good breakfast (buffet), short walk from the beach and the main street. Very good price/value. New, clean rooms (spacier than thought after reading the description). Quiet at night.
The window in the room can't open.

This was just a great match for a city escape in Playa del Carmen with good price value. The free breakfast had a lot of options like scrambled eggs with mushrooms, nice. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Convenient location with a tidy atmosphere
The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the beach and close to a Walmart for quick shopping. The room was clean and had what I needed. The included breakfast offered a nice variety, great for starting my day. I wished the rooms were a bit larger for added comfort.

The location is super convenient, just a few blocks from the clubbing zone and 5th avenue. Free breakfast offers a good variety. The coffee shop next door serves delicious pastries and smoothies, a nice bonus.

The value for money, the excellent service and the hotel staff very very nice, the internet.
No little towel for shower and always the same for the buffet. No variety.

We stayed for 2 nights and were seeking an affordable, clean, safe hotel ideally located in Playa del Carmen; on all these points, the hotel was great. Additionally, the bed was really comfortable, the room was quiet so we slept well, and breakfast was great. It was better than we expected.
